Jah Jyot is also home to Grilli - Kulture — our sister brand that celebrates the fusion of classic barbecue favourites with the bold, smoky flavours of Indian grilling.
The name Jah Jyot, comes from my 3 children's initials, Jack, Alana and Hollie, then the word Jyot which means light in Punjabi, showing my children are my light. This is the first ever brand created and was the starting line for my whole career.

Jah Jyot specialises in reimagining worldwide favourites with an irresistible Indian twist. From roast dinners with naan Yorkshire puddings and tandoori potatoes to chicken tikka quesadillas folded into garlic naan, our menu celebrates comfort food like you’ve never tasted before.
We take pride in using fresh, hand-prepared ingredients, pairing fragrant spices with familiar classics to create dishes that feel both exciting and comforting. Every plate tells a story of fusion, where East meets West in bold and flavourful harmony.
