The name Ceilí Fare blends two ideas. “Ceilí” is an Irish word for a social gathering filled with music, dance, and community spirit. “Fare” reflects the food we serve, simple yet hearty dishes that bring people together. Think crispy boxty fries in a cone, a floury bap packed with the best of a full Irish, or a rich Guinness stew poured into a pot with warm soda bread.
Every dish is designed for good company and good craic – whether it’s bacon and cabbage croquettes with a mustard dip, fish tacos topped with Tayto crisp crunch, or skewers glazed with Jameson and honey.
