The name Folkoro is inspired by 'folk' and 'oro' (gold in Italian and Spanish), symbolising traditions, stories, and culture passed down through generations. Combined, this evokes richness, value, and something treasured. A name that suggests authentic traditions with a golden, timeless quality, perfectly suited to communal dining.

Folkoro celebrates the golden traditions of Italian cuisine, bringing timeless recipes and the warmth of communal dining. Our menu features handmade focaccia with olive oil and balsamic, slow-roasted porchetta, and authentic classics that turn simple ingredients into rich, comforting flavours.
We use fresh, hand-prepared dishes that honour authenticity, from rustic breads and pastas to slow-cooked meats and seasonal vegetables. Every plate is crafted with care, designed to be shared and savoured.
